RECRUITMENT

A LETTER FROM OUR VP RECRUITMENT:

Kaylee Duran

I’m Kaylee Duran and I serve as Vice President of Recruitment for Gamma Iota for the 2025-2026 Executive Board. I am so excited for this opportunity and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

I ran home during Fall of 2023 and as an upcoming Senior, I am so saddened to leave this place I’ve called my home for the past three years. In Alpha Chi Omega I found my best friends, roommates, and sisters who will forever be apart of my life and push me to do my best. I couldn’t imagine the University of Florida without them.

Recruitment has impacted my life so much. Coming to Alpha Chi Omega, all the girls I had met were so different but all so authentically themselves. Durning formal recruitment this year, I want to illustrate our genuine sisterhood at Gamma Iota and continue to not only support my sisters, but encourage potential new members to embrace the process in its entirety.

I can’t wait to embark on this journey with all of you!
